The Most important thing now a days is to build the immunity power and resistance into our body. As we are facing this pandemic and everyone is concerned with their immune system. So, I am Sharing with you guys 2 special drinks recipe which are extremely beneficial to our body as well as our immune system.These are very simple recipe which is very easy to make and also very good for our body.

These Recipes are are mainly made of  natural ingredients which are very easy to find in your Kitchen. and the most important thing is they are very healing in nature.


The Main Ingredients which we are going to use today are:-

  1. Turmeric
  2. Ginger
  3. Lemon
  4. Clove
  5. Black Pepper
  6. Cinnamon

Now, each and every spice I mentioned have their own healing properties which will help us to achieve a great health.

TURMERIC :- IN India Turmeric is a very popular spice and it is used in almost every dish, whether it is vegetarian dish and non vegetarian dish. Turmeric contains some most potent bioactive compounds and it is also a natural anti-inflammatory components.

GINGER:- GINGER is another spice which is also used by many of us in their day to day cooking. Ginger mainly has a bio compound named Gingerol. It has many medicinal properties and helps to reduce muscle pain and soreness.It has also anti-inflammatory properties. For further knowledge about ginger

LEMON:- LEMON is a versatile ingredient which can be used in the cooking process as well as the garnishing process it can also be served as a refreshing drinks form. Now Lemon have tons of Vitamin C in them and also helps our body to absorb hydration. It also supports weight loss. 

CLOVE:-  CLOVE have punch of antioxidants which helps us to achieve good health and also helps to fight to cancer and promotes bone health. For further knowledge about cloves you can read it in here.

BLACK PEPPER:- BLACK PEPPERS not only enhances the taste of a dish but also is a very beneficial to our health. It is good for digestion and also relieves constipation. For further knowledge about Black Pepper read it in here.

CINNAMON:- CINNAMON also have anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties in them. Cinnamon may cut the risk of Heart Diseases. You can further read about cinnamon and its benefits in here.


Now we have covered all the ingredients and their benefits, So let's get into the process of making it:-

The first Drink is a daily detox drink which we can drink daily. And I personally take that drink every day and let me tell you it is a life saver if you have indigestion problem. And also it is very easy to make. So,

1. First, We need to boil some water. We just need warm water not too hot.

2. Then take a glass and add pinch of TURMERIC powder into it.

3. Then add Salt into it. Salt helps the body to absorb the hydration.

4. Then add the warm water into the glass.

5. Then add 1 Tea Spoon Lemon juice into it. And then Stir well.

6. And your DAILY DETOX DRINK is ready. I just topped it with a lemon slice (being Fancy)😅


Now let's make DRINK NO. 2 which is a Tea version. But remember *don't drink it when it is too hot, otherwise you have to deal with a upset stomach* So, after boiling all the spices you have to let it cool down little bit so it comes to a warm temperature not too hot. And I am making 1 serving. It is pretty spicy. So, my advice is try it with small amount of ingredients first and once you are used to it then up the quantity of ingredients.

1. First, take 1 & 1/2 Cup water into a Pan and turn on the flame.

2. Then add 1/2 Tea spoon of ginger paste or crushed ginger into the pan.

3. Now add 1/2 Tea Spoon of Turmeric powder into the boiling water. And after you add turmeric into the boiling water the water will turn slightly Red and it is normal. So, don't worry about that.

4. Now add Cloves into the water. I have added 2 cloves. And remember that these spices are very potent in nature. So add these in small quantities when you are just starting to take these drinks. You can up the quantity when you are used to it. And it applies to all the ingredients into this Drink.

5. Then add 2-3 crushed Black Pepper into the water. Crushing it helps to release it's essence quickly.

6. Then Add some bits of Cinnamon into the boiling water.

7. Now let the water boil for 3-4 minutes and then turn off the flame and let it cool down so it comes to a warm temperature.

Then you can strain the liquid into a cup. You can add pinch of salt or little bit sugar if you don't like the taste of it but remember that this is a super healthy drink for you so don't skip on that. I just added a lemon slice for garnishing (decoration) purpose, it is totally optional.

These drinks can help you to eliminate many diseases, So take these drinks regularly and boost your immunity. And you will be safe from many viral diseases.
