Breakfast gives kickstart  to your day. And indeed it's an essential part of our daily nutrition. some people like to believe that skipping breakfast is good for health but its's not. 
Breakfast gives us the energy for the day and for kids it is very vital....
So all the MOMs out there need to try this recipe for your kid and if you have sweet tooth like me... you will also enjoy this...
BREAKFAST PANCAKE
THE RECIPE:-
You will need
  1. FLOUR/ MAIDA (1 CUP).
  2. MILK POWDER (1/4th CUP) you can also add condensed milk (1/2th CUP) *if you add condensed milk then you don't need to add sugar.
  3. SUGAR (1/2th CUP) *add more if you like.
  4. HONEY ( 1 TBSPN).
  5. LIQUID MILK ( 1 CUP) *add water if required.
  6. PINCH OF SALT.
I did not use any kind of baking powder or baking soda

Now the process
  • Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and and mix them well. Mixing the dry ingredients first will ensure that there are no lumps.
  • Then add the honey and milk.... add the milk little by little so the mixture does not creates lumps. And stir continuously o that the mixture become smooth and creamy.
  • The mixture should be thick like cake batter. As we call it pancake.
  • Heat a pan and wipe the surface with little bit of oil... don't add too much otherwise the pancakes won't look good. Because the will create lumpy surface over the pancakes an we don't want this. Our pancakes should have smooth surface.
  • Then add the mixture with a cup so that won't move much. It should maintain it's shape.
  • Fry both the side for 2 minutes on low heat.
AND YOU HAVE YOUR PANCAKES READY FOR BREAKFAST.... YOU CAN ALSO MAKE THIS AS EVENING SNACKS FOR YOUR KIDS...


You can add you favorite toppings:-
FRUITS like grapes, mangoes, banana
HONEY
PEANUT BUTTER and other nut spreads
CHOCOLATE SPREADS
